Hi, it’s Karolina here

Today I made another floral, delicate card for you. I used papers from several Little Birdie collections. Little Birdie Crafts papers are so beautiful and you can combine them together to fit perfectly.

For my card I used 12×12 Poppies & Roses and True love paper collections. I cut some stripes, lace pattern, a clock and I made a multilayered composition. I also added some laces and a frame to add more interest to my project.

To adhere all the layers and flowers I used Gel medium.

At the end of the process I splashed whole card with small white dots and sprinkled with white glitter. It looks really nice on the bright yellow and orange handmade paper flowers.

Poppies and Roses – Wedding Card

As my last inspiration for DT Little Birdie, I made a wedding card. It’s summer, and it’s the time for beautiful poppies, so I decided that the Little Birdie ‘Poppies and Roses’ collection would be a perfect fit here.
I cut out elements from the sheet and created a layered composition. I added a few flowers and finally whitened the gesso and splashed it with diluted white paint.
