Mini Kiddie Album with Boho Dreams

Hi, Little Birdie Craft friends! My name is Janus and I’m here to share with you this mini album I created using ‘Boho Dreams’ collection.

Boho Dreams Mini Album

I made this album to document my daughter’s early years of school activities.

I created everything from scratch even the album cover itself, recycling some cereal boxes and scratch papers. I used some faux glitter leather too for the album’s base and some scraps of lace.

I also added pockets and inserts for extra storage and designs within the album. They are easily removable and easily slip through the slits provided for them to be placed within.

I’ve set the photo size to roughly around 2″ x 3″ since I own a polaroid photo printer, it was an ideal size for the album I created.

Boho Dreams is a fun and colorful collection to play around with especially if you are into vibrant, floral colors.

Frame Greeting Card

Hello friends! It’s Silvia here, with a new project that I want to share with you! On this occasion I have gone completely out of my comfort zone, and I have decorated this beautiful frame, which I wanted to dedicate to my little ones. They had their birthdays during this confinement, so it has not been possible to celebrate the occasions, but I have made this beautiful birthday frame card, so they never stop dreaming. I used Caribbean Teal metallic paint to paint the frame, cut-out elements from the Boho-dreams collection, with which I made a beautiful 3D montage, layer by layer. In the background I used papers from the Birds & Berries collection, chipboard and finally of course the wonderful Little Birdie flowers, which I like so much. I hope you like it and I wish you a nice day!

Love Banner Featuring True Love Collection

Hello friends, Maggi here and I am so delighted to share my first project as a designer for Little Birdie Crafts!
Since it is February, I thought a ‘LOVE’ banner would be perfect to show you and Little Birdie some LOVE!  Banners are great decorations for all occasions.
I used a new collection from Little Birdie, True Love, for my banner along with chalk paint, Color Splash, and of course, lots of gorgeous Little Birdie flowers!
I used square tags for my banner and simply layered on pieces of design paper and some of the punch out doilies included in the collection.
To create my letters, I used some old sponge letters stamps that I’ve had forever and stamped with Little Birdie’s Rose Blush Chalk Paint onto design paper.  After the paint dried, I went around the letters with a white paint pen so that the letters would stand out.  Then I popped up the letter with cardboard to create dimension.
I used Little Birdie Colour Splash mist and a stencil to add hearts to the background on this tag.
I used a pretty satin ribbon to string all my tags together.  Before I added the flowers, I glued on a leaf vine ribbon which I think looks so pretty layered over the pink check satin ribbon. I used small clothespins to clip some of the scalloped doilies to the ribbon.
My favorite part of any project is adding the flowers. Little Birdie Crafts has so many beautiful ones to choose from!  I like to use different sizes and colors when I’m embellishing with flowers.

This is my favorite flower that I used with this project. I adore the yellow center and the yellow rosebud peaking off on the side.  One thing I really love about Little Birdie’s flowers is that so often the flowers are layered with leaves.
