Shabby-Chic Handmade Card

Hello Everyone!
This is Eva & I’m so happy to be creating inspiration projects for Little Birdie again. First of all, Happy Women’s Day to all the beautiful women out there. Today I’m sharing a tutorial for a very easy shabby chic card. It’s always lovely to create an extra special card with not having to add a lot of extra effort.
I created this shabby chic card using Little Birdie’s Shabby Chic Bouquet paperpack. It’s a gorgeous paper collection with beautiful patterns giving out a shabby chic vintage feel.

Start by picking Your favourite pattern paper in the ratio 7.5 by 4.5”. You can choose to add extra details by stitching the borders with some neutral colours and distressing them from edge to edge.

Highlight your card by adding beautiful textures using Little Birdie’s Mixed Media Paste. Mix some vibrant colours to make them stand out from Your backgrounds.

Gather all the pretty supplies You want to add onto Your card. I started by fussing cutting the element sheets

Then I went on to diecut some leaves, clocks & picked a few pretty roses to complete the layout.

Now play around with the ephemera & other embellishments and Your shabby chic card is ready for someone special.

Thank You for stopping by and I hope You found a little inspiration here!
