Today I made,
Mixed Media
“ART JOURNAL COVER “
With Vintage Rustic Effect.

I really like once made, and documenting the work of the art.

Prior to filling in the Journal, my first decorate the cover with mixed media art.

I use Mixed Media Archival Journal Book with awesome Variant leaf page: Burlap, corrugated paper, kraft paper, Canvas, Fabric, Handmade paper. …I really love it!

To decorate the cover I use a little pieces of the journaling book

And certainly using Little Birdie craft Collection!
From Stencil , Gesso Paste, flower, Chipboard, color splash, till microbeads .

Christmas Lantern

Welcome!!!

Wioletta here! In today’s post I would like to say goodbye to you and thank you for such a wonderful adventure with Little Birdie products.

Today I would like to show how quickly and simply we can change an ordinary jar into a lantern that will light up Christmas evenings.

Choose a glass dish. It can be a jar with any interesting shape. Wrap it with a fabric ribbon and lace.

This is what our glued jar looks like.

In selected places, stick – cinnamon and cones. We can also use dried orange or other natural Christmas decorations.

And now, we have the greatest fun – we attach beautiful Christmas 3D Little Birdie stickers on empty spaces. The 3D stickers will soon be available in the store. Next, randomly paint the composition with white gesso and decorate with brocade.

Loads of Love-A Handmade Card

Hi everyone,

Saadia here with a simple and easy handmade greeting card. I hope you like it.

 

Let’s start our project:

I cut 2 rectangular pieces of cardstock from Little Birdie Crafts Cottage paper collection. This paper is very sturdy and there are two sheets of every design. My pieces measured 8x 10 inches and 6 x 8 inches. I cut 2 mats from white cardstock for my pattern paper pieces. I kept them one fourth of an inch bigger than the pattern cardstock pieces.

Next, I glued Sisal fiber and burlap ribbon piece on the smaller paper.

After that, I arranged and glued pieces of lace, Little Birdie flowers and buds.

Added a primed chipboard quote and sequins.

Finished the card by assembling and gluing the mats and card base with Little Birdie’s craft glue.

That’s all for now.
