Fairy Box – Mini Book

Hello my crafty friends! Gunjan here! I am back with another interesting project.

I have made this mini book with “Celebrate Life” Paper pack and Little Birdie’s element sheets. So let’s get started…

Starting with chipboards of 11*11 inches and middle chipboard of 7*11 inches and closing one of 3*11 inches.
Further I covered the chipboard to obtain a mini scrapbook. Both outside and inside.
This seems like a box scrapbook to me which closes at the end 🙂

Using the hinge method, I made hinges to hold the inner pages with a gap of 1.2 cms.

Jumping onto decorating the front part.
I started off with Little Birdie’s beautiful lace on the left.
Some round rings from glitter cardstock ‘Bright’.
Adding a bicycle die cut on the side of the scrapbook.

Pearl drops make everything so pretty and also coming next to the gorgeous handmade Little Birdie flowers.

My absolute favourite flowers works like cherry on the top for me .
I have added these journaling cards/doily cuts inside the pages for personal messages or pictures.
I have left some space inside the pages while sticking it to the hinges.
What a beauty these journaling cards are!!!
Secret pockets are perfect for secret surprises and personalised messages or pictures!
Added some elements inside as well!
The inside pages can be filled with pictures, quotes, and ephemeras accordingly.
We are done with the pretty mini scrapbook!
Here are the final pictures with closer look!♥️🎀

I hope you guys enjoyed as much as I did! Tagging links to the products used below!

Summer Layout – Sunshine & Lemonade

Hello all crafty friends! I am back with another fun project.

I have used Little Birdie’s Sunshine & Lemonade 12*12inch paperpack today for my project. This cardstock is my favourite!

I have used these set of papers for my entire layout.

I have cut circles out of these papers of different radius in ascending order.
Using these paper scraps from 6*6inch Sunshine & Lemonade cardstock and following paper from glitter bright cardstock.
Further decorating with Little Birdie beautiful handmade flowers 🌺
These colours are so vibrant and perfect here.
Then comes the beautiful Little Birdie embellishments and leaves.
I made some paper rosette from the similar paper pack.
Got my placements right!
I simply love hoe these pearl drops works as cherry on the top for my project.
Then I applied mixed media paste somewhere in between with the help of a sponge.
Love the spongy effect here!
In the end I applied metallic wax on the edges and randomly in between for the glittery effect.
Tadaaa!! We are done .
Later I also inserted few ephemeras / embellishments and flowers inside the circle and splattered some chalk paints entirely.

I hope you enjoyed my project as much as I did ♥️

Mixed Media Canvas Layout -Celebrate Life

Hello crafty friends, I am back with another mixed media layout using Little Birdie “Celebrate Life” paper pack.
This paper pack is a beauty!

Starting my project with an art panel canvas of 8*8 inches .
First I made textures using Little Birdie entangled stencil.

I made a mixture of mixed media paste and multi-surface paint in a rosy pink shade. With the help of the stencil I obtained this beautiful texture.

Further, I have done some stamping randomly on the canvas using the ‘script’ stencil.

Then I used journaling cards/doily cuts/ ephemeras/ paper cut-outs from the “Celebrate Life” paper pack.

I also used some “Wild Spring” chipboards and applied Sparkle paste – Whipped Cream on it to make it look shiny.

Time for some beautiful Little Birdie flowers, I love vibrant colours of these ♥️
Later I made the required placements of doily cuts/ journaling card and paper cut-outs from the paper pack.

Further I did layering of ephemeras underneath my journaling card.
Flower placements done right!
Some pink flowers tugged under the little tags as they go well along with the Celebrate Life theme.
Later i gave final dark touches with the archival ink so that the middle main part of the project looks dense .
I have also added the white lace/Thin die-cuts and pink pearl drops -works as a cherry on top for this project.

In the end , I sprinkled some French Rose chalk paint and gave the layout a distressed effect on the edges of the canvas and somewhere between the flowers and tags to give a rustic look.
And we are done!! Sharing some detailed pictures of the entire layout.

I hope you guys enjoyed this as much as I did.
