Precious Moments – Scrapbook Layout

Hey there Little Birdie fans! It’s Melissa with you today, sharing a new pretty pink layout created using lots of awesome Little Birdie goodies!

For this layout, I have used Little Birdie’s ‘Cottage Lace’ card stock.
I used some of Little Birdie’s ‘Celebrate Life’ card stock as my photo mats and also to pop through the hole I ripped on the top.

I arranged some of Little Birdie’s ‘Celebrate Life’ elements around my photos and cut one of Little Birdie’s chipboard frames in half and covered them in both White Gesso & Matt chalk acrylic paint in ‘Misty Rose’, before attaching each half to each photo.

I arranged lots of Little Birdie flowers around some lace trimming and then added some glitter to them to shine.
I have used Little Birdie’s chipboard sentiment for the title and heat embossed it with embossing powder.

To finish off (It’s a little hard to see in the photos) I used some pixie powder and Metallic F/X to outline the area I worked with on the card stock. It gives it a pretty shimmer in the light.

I hope you liked my layout, thank you so much for stopping by. I will be back with some more inspiration very soon! Until then..happy crafting!

Relax – Scrapbook Layout

Hey there crafty people! Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year celebrations.

Melissa here today and I have my first DT layout for Little Birdie to share with you all. I’m so excited to be on this awesome design team, they have such wonderful products to play with!

All products used to create this layout were from Little Birdie except the foil used to cover the chipboard. And that’s what I meant about them having such a great range of products to play with 🙂

The card stock is from their ‘Woodland Stories’ collections, as so is the Ephemera.

I used their ‘Artful Flowers’ stencil with their sparkle paste in ‘Mandarin Glaze’ for the background, which gave it a nice shimmer.

I used some of their vibrant coloured flowers which matched perfectly with both the images used and their card stock.

To finish this layout off I added some glitter to the flowers for more sparkle and added the title which I heat embossed with embossing powder.

I hope you liked my first layout for the Little Birdie design team, I will have more inspiration for you all again very soon. Until then…happy crafting!
