Magical Birthday Card

Hello Little Birdie fans  I am so glad you have stopped by.  I am very excited to be sharing a new whimsical card for Little Birdie Crafts .  This month I am having a lot of fun creating using the clear stamps and more – there is no end to the possibilities!

How adorable is this unicorn – who can resist it – not me that is for sure!  For my card I have used one of the clear stamp sets,  stencil, Sparkle paste and some of the fabulous sparkle using Heart Melange.

Secure the Honey Comb Design stencil over white card stock using repositional tape.  Sponge the centre of the cardboard using pink ink and a sponge dauber,  Randomly apply Sparkle Paste- Passion Pink using a spatula. I have tried to keep the Sparkle Paste to the lower portion of each honeycomb to give the impression of dimension.

NOTE: Wash the Stencil and Spatula with warm water straight away before it sets.

Stamp the sentiment onto white card stock and die cut using a circle die. While the sentiment is still in the die, sponge around the inside edges using pink ink.

NOTE:  Sponging inside the die with ink gives the impression of another layer without adding the bulk.

Stamp the Unicorn onto white card stock, colour using medium of choice.  Fussy cut/hand cut using scissors and pop up on the right side of the sentiment circle using foam tape. Pop up onto the centre of the card front using 3D Foam Squares

Glue three flowers below the sentiment circle, with one Beaded Micro Florettes either side, along with one on the top right corner.  Randomly adhere Hearty Melange – Fuchsia Hearts around the top portion of the circle.
